What is Security

Monday, May 31st, 2010

Security Tool is a well known fake security client that is making the rounds right now.  For detailed removal information we recommend you check out this delete Security Tool article.  If you are in need of a pro to remove this for you then consider this computer support company.

In plenty of cases a legit website may of been hacked, I run several sites and have had one very popular site hacked more then once.

(What is it to be pushed to download a software ? From time to time, hackers will enter into websites (legit, good ones !) and modify them to put their own malwares to be downloaded via a mechanism called ‘drive by download’. It means the next time an user will browse that website, the site will push to download the rouge program unto the user’s system ! Too often people belive that if they only surf safe websites they will not get infected and there fore they do not have a securtiy client installed !)

Of course, as you can guess, this program is not going to do what it claimed it will and the online scan you thought were scanning your system…was a fake one ! If you are already infected then a good source for information in general on computer viruses is this how to remove virus site.  They have many helpful guides to help you remove just about any computer virus.

Upon re-booting your system, you will notice something is scanning your computer.

The below messages are just a few of the warnings meant to scare you into purchasing the product:

“SecurityTool Warning

Spyware.IEMonster activity detected. This is spyware that attempts to steal passwords from Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Outlook and other programs. Click here to remove it immediately with SecurityTool”

What did you read read ? Where is Security Tool coming from ???

Security Tool is another malware ! It comes from the same family as Total security 2009 and System Security. This type of fraud is designed to frustrate and slow the computer down in an attempt to scare the user out of money ! (They want you to make an online purchase with your credit card ! You don’t need to do it and you should NOT do it !). All those softwares are also called rouge programs.

Chances are the step you did a while back is what got you infected in the first place. Then it installed the Security Tool program onto your computer.

Think that this new (and fake !) video code could be responsible for the infection.

Once installed, it will change your System Registry so on each reboot, Security Tool will automatically run. This nasty program is resident in the background.

You will then get what seems a system scan (it is a fake one !) you will also see plenty of warning messages telling you that your infected !

There is plenty more were that came from ! For most out there they will get fake security warnings letting you know how infected you are and a for of the below are most liekly to be shown:

Security Tool will disable your Task Manager, it will modify your Browser Setting, it will deny you to update your security program, it will deny you to access online security-related programs or websites ! Why ? Security Tool like many other fake clients out there likes to make it very hard for any program to be able to remove it !

You will quickly find you neither your System Restore  is working ! You will notice your computer performance decreased too !

The very bad commercial advertisement telling you to buy the full version of Security Tool (with your credit card !) will eventually appear ! Do not take this offer ! Security Tool is a malware !

Always remember all those reports about infections are bogus. Security Tool is but looking to get your money and to compromise your system in many ways.

What You Must Know To Find People Free Of Charge

Sunday, May 30th, 2010

There are a lot of people out there who are trying to find someone for free. The net is one of the choices that people can use when they want to find a person at no charge. What makes it possible is the research equipment that’s now available and amount of info is now available for free.

Lets us look at some of the simple ways that a search can be done for free on the net. There are number of people that are forming very interactive groups which allow them to communicate with each other and also meet new people. Considering the social nature of human beings these groups are no doubt very popular.

If you are trying to find someone for free on the internet then you can look through some of these groups. They now have a lot of people in their databse and you are most probably going to locate the person you seek from whichever one available. There are also other groups that are large enough to be referred as communities.

The social websites are some of the places that you can check if you’re trying to locate a person at no charge on the net. There ones that I would recommend are the well known ones. You can search through websites like MySpace, Twitter, Facebook, etc. There are also mailing lists and newsgroups that you can look through.

The social networks that I discussed all have non-fee based services that you can use to find someone. If you are trying to find someone for free using the mailing lists and newsgroups. You can acquire a list of available newsgroup and mailing lists you can search for the person you seek from an appropriate directory.

My Fear Of Flying In Aeroplanes

Sunday, May 30th, 2010

Personally, I like to be in control of whatever I do. I stay away from any danger and have never been one for things like roller-coasters. I am not a person who needs that kind of buzz, if you can call it that, to give me pleasure. Some people call me a wimp, which is probably correct - I guess this comes from having a speech impediment and all of the horrible frustrating stuttering treatment that comes with it.

I am not afraid to admit that air travel has and will always petrify me. When I drive a car I have an element of control, if the aircraft crashes for whatever reason, my life could be over. I am not the pilot, I am unable to observe any servicing to the aircraft and I do not know its history.

Like most people, I had read that air travel is by far and way the safest form of travel. Guess what, I don’t care, I still would rather drive.

There has been a recent television series called Lost. I thought it was a superb program and I have watched every episode. It did not help my phobia of flying though.

Due to the popularity of Lost, there has since been a lot of newspaper articles with people describing how they survived an aeroplane crash. I wish I had never read their stories as I can only imagine the fear and terror they must have been through.

I offer fostering services and I also work for a Psychic Readers company on a part time basis. I am required as part of these jobs to travel and that of course means travelling by plane from time to time.

I had a rather funny experience the last time I travelled on a plane. The take off and landing are always the worst aspects of the whole experience for me, and this is where I am at my most scared. We we travelling down the runway, gathering speed, I gripped the armrest tightly, hoping that would help and thankfully the plane rose into the air. The person in the seat next to me then asked if he could have his hand back. I had not been gripping the armrest but had been gripping his hand. I said sorry and continued to be brave.

Lates Tips To Find Someone Free Online

Sunday, May 30th, 2010

Collecting information and data about people takes a lot of time and sometimes requires money. If a person wanted to know how to find a person online at no cost at all I’d recommend some free techs and tips that they can try before they try the people locator websites.

How about the free websites you appear to ask? Yes, there are sites that will offer people search services for free but they are very few. The ones that can offer this service for free are the ones that offer it as secondary to their main function of operation. Let us leave the sites for a while and look at some simple ideas of how to locate someone free online.

I remember at one time when I needed to look up someone’s address or telephone number all I would have to do was to look in telephone directory. I was likely to miss an entry or two and it took a lot of time. Now all you have to do is retrieve the online version of this book and search through it.

This directory is made in such a way that you can carry out searches with ease. From here you’ll be able to look for a person using their address, telephone number or name. With any of the three things you can use the directory as a way of how to find a person online.

We can now come back to the people finder sites. You can acquire the same info from them. The one advantage that the people finder sites have is that they have additional resources that official sites do not have. Compared to other places they have more data and info contained in their files. wink.com is one website that can assist you on how to find a person online at no cost at all.
