Do Not Let the Financial Crisis Affect Your Holiday

As the credit crisis gets worse people begin to start to panic. Unemployment figures have shot through the roof and they are going to increase a huge amount more. A brief research programmer showed that more than half of employees have already cancelled their summer holidays. There are two reasons why people are cancelling their holidays, one is due to saving their money and the second is because they fear they may lose their jobs is they take too much time off.

But going on a trip and having a break is not only good for you but it is also good for your employees for a few factors which are mentioned below:
1) By staying at work all year around without taking time off will make you a lot less productive. You will get tired because you have nothing to look forward too or enjoy and this will be a more likely reason that you will be dismissed.
2) Getting away will help you relax and think more clearly and if you do end up getting the sack then at least you will have a clear mind and motivation to find a new job.
3) If you have a family they may start to get fed up with you working 24/7 and not spending any time with them, so not taking time off work could actually start to affect your personal life.

There are also a vast amount of possible reasons as to why you should look at going away, if you really think that your employer will sack you because you take some holiday time off then you must not be very good at what you do, because there is no way that an employer is going to get rid of someone just because they want to have a week or twos break from work.
